Users may delete their account directly within the CampusCAT application.
In the mobile app
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts. Deletion is permanent for your user account and associated study data.
If you cannot access your account
Contact support@campuscat.ai with the subject line:
Delete My Account
Include the email address associated with your CampusCAT account so we can verify your request.
What is removed
Deleting your account removes, subject to reasonable processing time and backup cycles:
- Profile information
- Uploaded course materials
- Calendar data stored in CampusCAT
- Study content (flashcards, practice tests, study sets, sessions)
- AI-generated content associated with the account
Subscriptions
If you have an active paid subscription billed through Stripe, deleting your account cancels that subscription immediately as part of the deletion process so you are not charged after your account is removed. App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled in your device subscription settings if applicable.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained temporarily for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, and compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
