- How do I upload a syllabus?
- Open a class, then use Add Class or class setup to upload your syllabus PDF or document. CampusCAT extracts schedule, assignments, and exams to help populate your class hub. You can review and edit extracted items before saving.
- How do I upload course materials?
- From a class page or the calendar, choose Add Materials and select files such as notes, slides, or readings. Supported formats include common document and image types. Materials power flashcards, practice tests, and Ask The Cat.
- How do I connect my calendar?
- In CampusCAT, open calendar settings or integrations and connect Google Calendar when prompted. Authorize only the access you need. Imported events appear in your Master Calendar and can inform study planning.
- How does Ask The Cat work?
- Ask The Cat is CampusCAT’s AI tutor. It uses your uploaded course materials and concept context to answer questions and guide study sessions. Responses are AI-generated—always verify important facts, dates, and requirements with your syllabus or instructor.
- How do I manage my subscription?
- On the web, go to Account → Manage Subscription to change plans, open the Stripe billing portal, or cancel. On mobile, subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed in your device’s subscription settings.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the mobile app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, visit our Delete Account page or email support with the subject line “Delete My Account.”
- How do I report a bug or request a feature?
- Use the contact form below or email us at support@campuscat.ai with a description, steps to reproduce (for bugs), and screenshots if helpful. We read every message and prioritize fixes that affect study workflows.
